We are pleased with our recently installed patio door and windows and think the job was performed in a very professional manner. Our answers on the enclosed Client Satisfaction Survey are intended to reflect that.
While the survey asks important questions, it really doesn't cover one area upon which we want to compliment you and your people.
As you probably recall, I took exception with some things on that job, requesting a resolution of several items. Most of my complaints could be dismissed as "picky, picky," but you took every item seriously, and everybody worked their tails off addressing every single point that I raised. Anyone can be criticized of oversight, but the manner in which the criticism is handled is probably the most telling about the person. The honest and sincere concern given to the issues that I brought up speaks volumes about our opinion of Express Homes’ reliability and dependability.
Because of the new windows, we feel that our home's eye appeal is far greater that the day we bought it; our thanks to you and your employees for making that happen. We like referring companies that we know will not embarrass us and you are that company.
Brent, your work is good and your prices are fair; you run a good company and your employees represent you very well. You must be proud.

We would like to thank Express Home for their professional, prompt, courteous and timely assistance in both solving our “several” home improvement contract problems and renewing our faith in the business community.
We had been victimized by an unscrupulous and fraudulent home improvement contractor who had promised exceptional results to match his inflated price. Unfortunately, for us, the work we paid for was never completed and our home was left in disarray.
While the District Attorney and State/Federal Court System proceeded to bring the fraudulent contractor to justice, Express Home provided us with a real time, honest value, warranted solution to our problems. Express Home reviewed the uncompleted exterior window installation, incomplete HardiPlank installation, improper clean up and provided a high quality completion of all projects.
The Express Home personnel, from office coordination to the on site installation crew to the clean-up and project follow up provided us with outstanding service and the assurance that their concern and warranties would help us maintain the quality and value of our home.
In the 20/20 vision so typical of hindsight, we wish we had known Express Home was available in our neighborhood. We are now outspoken on understanding the home improvement process and recommend them to friends and neighbors as an example of what quality, timeliness and fair value really mean!
